Kim Webb
Director of Programs
kwebb@fcwfs.org
Kim began serving FCWFS as a Bluegrass Community and Technical College Human Services Intern in the summer of 2013. She then served as our AmeriCorps Member from 2013 - 2015. She transitioned to part-time Case Manager with FCWFS in 2015; became our full-time Case Manager in 2017. Kim went back to school in 2020 to work on obtaining an LCSW. Kim found her true passion working with the diverse population that we serve. When FCWFS transitioned to transitional and recovery housing, it allowed her to fulfill another dream. She was able to work with those suffering with the disease of addiction. A disease that destroyed many of her family members and close friends. Kim believes addiction is a family disease and also knows it touches the lives of many innocent children on a daily basis. Those children often become addicts themselves. Kim feels if we can't help them all, a seed can definitely be planted!! Kim is also a Peer Support Specialist and a Recovery Coach.
